Paint systems in a manufacturing environment can serve many functions.  IA has designed and built many different types of paint systems from full coverage to precision paint systems to hand held units for offline or lab applications.  Whether large or small, automatic or manual, these systems have a place on today’s modern manufacturing floor.

Our full coverage systems can be continuous or semi-continuous systems incorporating the latest paint technologies and state of the art controls systems.  IA has built precision paint system concentrating on everything from painting a specific area to laying down a defined layer thickness of paint to assuring the proper dispersion of solids across a given surface.  Our hand held systems offer more flexibility for the smaller offline jobs on the floor to ensure a more uniform part and reduce processing time in an area that historically requires more hands-on manipulation.

IA builds a lot of specialty type of paint systems such as flux paint systems or high solids load paint systems.  These types of paint systems can be very elaborate incorporating everything from self-cleaning features to inline weight check systems to ensure the proper coating of parts.

Another product offering is our line of coating systems which are designed to apply surface treatments such as conversion coatings or rust inhibitors.  These systems tend to be recirculative in nature replacing the traditional dip style systems.  This assures better chemical bath control as well as regulating surface contact and exposure time.  Modern controls systems assure the best feedback control and operating parameters for these coating systems.
