Heavy Duty Solution

The HD500 is the economical solution for the most demanding GMAW and FCAW welding applications. With a duty cycle of 50% at 500A (363A at 100%), the “Heavy Duty” HD500 provides high quality welds on all thicknesses.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

• Ideal for use with solid or cored carbon and stainless steel wires.
• Very stable arc with 100% CO2 or Argon / CO2 mix in carbon steel.
• Positive output terminals for high and low inductance help minimize splatter at any output current range.
• Built-in wheels, gas cylinder base and steering handle.
• Remote control allows wire feed speed and voltage to be manipulated from the workstation.
• Lightweight wire feeder with control circuitry built into the Source for increased durability.
