ERA Actuator Kits

A development of the reversible powerpack the ERA has other new features. Single manual override allows both cylinder ports to by-pass to tank enabling the actuator to move freely without compromising the Dual Pilot Check Valve design.

Thermal relief valves have been added to the cylinder ports for extra safety functions. These act to protect the actuator from over pressurisation in the case of thermal expansion or unexpected mechanical loads.

A selection of mounting plates can be provided. These “saddles” are mounted directly to the actuator body and the cylinder ports are connected. Four bolts are used to mount the ERA to the mounting plate. O ring faced ports connect the power pack and mounting plate together ensuring a leak free connection. In this way a compact and reliable hydraulic actuator can be easily manufactured.
