Standard cylinder HD6022

The standard cylinder of the HD6022 series is a standard cylinder according to the ISO standard for demanding industrial use

The piston diameters are between Ø50 and 200, and there are two optional stem options for each piston size. The connection openings have a cylindrical pipe thread. The length of the cylinder stroke can be determined by the customer. The length and stroke tolerances are in accordance with ISO 8135.

In the design of the HD 6022 series, special attention has been paid to the tightness of the cylinder. Therefore, a double sealing structure is used on the stem. In that case, the sliding ring seal acts as an actual pressure seal. Behind it, on the non-pressurized side, there is a lip seal, which wipes the oil film that got past the pressure seal from the stem. Experience has shown that a normally operating 6022 series cylinder leaks very little.

If desired, the cylinder is supplied with adjustable end position damping. The damping is self-centering in nature and includes a non-return valve function.
