The extremely robust machine bed made of cast iron has been optimized using finite element analysis to ensure that each individual part is of particularly high quality. 

The latest generation of servo drives ensure high performance on all axes. The spindles of the machines are permanently lubricated and are therefore particularly resistant and low-maintenance. 

In addition, each machine is equipped with a bi-directional hydraulic tool turret and a tailstock with live center for positioning on heavy-duty flat guides.
