The basis for top quality right from the start

As the basis for the high quality of our products, our tools are made at all of our locations in our own tool shop.

Toolmaking has a long tradition at STÜKEN in Rinteln and Hradec Králové. We also offer you this expertise in our plants in Fountain Inn and Shanghai. Designers, engineers and skilled workers - our team of experts consists of two hundred employees. They are qualified and motivated for new challenges thanks to sound training and extensive experience. For the manufacture of our tools, we use a machine park with the latest equipment and an excellent infrastructure. For the commissioning of new tools, we have an independent department that is directly attached to the tool shop in terms of space and organization.

Specialized in complex requirements

Our core competence in the field of tool making lies in the manufacture of tools for transfer presses and progressive tools for processing material thicknesses in the range from 0.05 to 2.5 mm. We work worldwide according to the applicable quality standards IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 and can therefore design and manufacture all tools for our customer projects with particular reliability.
