Custom Sanitary Spools

These components are needed by the pharmaceutical, dairy, food, and beverage industries to pipe out a system with a reduced need for costly on-site welding. Our spools are fabricated under strict adherence to both the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) validation requirements, and ASME B31.3 specifications covering process piping.

We can manufacture custom spools using any material meeting your specifications.  Many different stainless steel alloys and different varieties of plastic piping are available.

Do you need more than one or two spool pieces? Let HPS fabricate your whole system in our dedicated stainless steel fabrication shop. Design the parts of your system and send us the electronic file, or call us and we can assist you without drawings. The HPS team will evaluate your project and provide cost saving ideas and recommendations, such as instrument locations, grade and slope needs, and reducing the quantity of fittings. Then we will fabricate, passivate, and validate your system as per FDA guidelines. All you have to do is unbag and install.
