The Flex Series range of pumps brings years of design and manufacturing experience together with true customer benefiting innovation to create a heavy duty pump and gearbox combination that simplifies pump installation and flexibility to the fire apparatus OEM's, while enhancing performance, overall durability, and ease of service for end users.

Features

• Hard, fine grain bronze, mixed flow impeller design is hand ground and balanced for maximum performance and corrosion resistance
• For minimal maintenance, the spring-loaded mechanical seal is self-adjusting and self-lubricating
• Heavy duty precision ground, deep groove bearings used for long-life
• Heat treated, one piece stainless steel pump shaft has been designed for strength and to minimize pump deflection
• Bronze clearance rings are easily replaceable for simple service

• Standard offering of pumps with a wide range of performances from 250 gpm (946 lpm) up to 1500 gpm (5678 lpm)
• Engine Rotation and Opposite Engine Rotation (Excludes MBP)
• More Gear Ratios Available: (All gears are helical for smooth, quiet operation)

• Wrap around clearance ring enhances suction performance while extending the service life
• Secondary seal provides redundancy adding another level of serviceability to the design of the pump
• Stainless Steel Pump Shaft for superior corrosion resistance
• Silicon Carbide Mechanical Seal for extended life and thermal stability

• Gearbox sight glass provides easy visual inspection of the oil condition and level
