Our creative operating time is just 10 minutes for wire feeding and shaving automatically comparing with 30 minutes adopting the traditional operation. From auto pay-off, vertical bending, straightening, wire shaving to feeding wire to entrance of drawing machine are all finished automatically by machine. The equipment is suitable for bigger diameter wire. The material of drive mandrel is imported from Japan, and gear’s hardness can reach to HRC-59 after heat treatment and grinding. However, the transmission of gear box adopts type of helical gear, and the gears are processed with Germany machine. Gears are suitable for long time operating with high load.
