Machined Casting
As a global supply chain management company for metal products, we supply from our domestic and global manufacturing partners, an unlimited number of machined iron casting products in grey cast iron, ductile iron, malleable cast iron and lost wax.
In addition, we can produce rapid prototypes and pre-series castings using full production processes, as well as producing serial quantities of fully machined ductile iron castings and sub-assemblies.
In spite of the castings finished specifications, the functional surfaces and mounting dimensions have to be adjusted by machining. In addition, grey cast iron is more suitable for machining than other metals. We at G&W Foundry will source the best domestic and/or offshore partner foundry for OEM’s requiring machining services, assembly and related operations to reduce overall costs.
