PRECISION METAL STAMPING SERVICES
WHAT IS METAL STAMPING?
Metal stamping is a process in which a flat piece of sheet metal is placed into a stamping press. Dies are then used to punch or form the steel into custom shapes.
BENEFITS OF METAL STAMPING
Metal stamping is a great competitor to other machining processes such as laser presses or brake presses. Although those machines don’t have tooling costs, there are certain parts that they cannot make that metal stamping CAN.

OUR PROCESS
Many customers come to us to make the tooling for stamping. We can start with a drawing and come up with the best means for you, whether it is Hand Transferred Tooling or Progressive Tooling. The majority of our products are made in the USA.*
HAND TRANSFERRED TOOLING
Works well for lower volumes. Lower tooling costs.
PROGRESSIVE TOOLING
Works well for higher volumes.
Upon receiving a drawing, tooling is designed, and a piece price quote is provided to you. When a PO is provided, the production of tooling immediately goes underway and is made to the specifications. After sample parts have been approved, full production begins, including any secondary services that are required. After the quality control standards of the customer have been met, the parts are packaged and shipped.
