KH Series-Angular Contact Bearings

GMN Small Ball Angular Contact Bearings Support Ultra High-Speed Applications.

Our smaller balls in the KH series are optimized for the highest speeds with high resistance to temperature changes.

Available with or without seals and with your choice of ceramic or stainless steel ball material.

Compared to our standard S series and SM series the KH series has a few key differences:

• Optimized ratio of ball diameter to load rating
• Standard contact angles of 17° and 25°
• Large radial clearance
• Produces a low operating temperature
• Resistant to temperature changes
• ID: 10mm to 70mm
• OD: 22mm to 110mm
• Speed: 21,500 to 168,750 RPM

All our GMN Angular Contact Bearings are manufactured to ABEC 7 standards (P4+) with ABEC 9 (P2) running accuracy.

Selection Options

• Ball Material: 52100 Bearing Steel or Ceramic (Silicon Nitride, Si3N4)
• Lubrication: Grease or Oil
• Contact Angle: 17° (C) and 25° (E)
• Cage Material: Phenolic Resin (standard) or PEEK with Carbon Fiber reinforcement
• Preload: Light, Medium, Heavy (or custom)
• Bearing Set: Single, Double, Triple, or Quad Sets, with Universal Matching
• Direct Oil Lubrication: Available on request (we can provide a small hole on the outer ring of the bearing for lateral oil supply if needed). 
• Grease Lubrication: Sealed bearings (2RZ) are grease lubricated for life with our standard Lubcon L252 grease lubricant.
