Automated sterilization center

Back in 2011, Gibotech introduced robotic technology into the hospitals' sterile workflow. We did this with an automated sterilization center, which helps to streamline and optimize workflows in hospitals in several different ways. We are proud to have created the first intelligent sterilization center in the world, which is responsible for automatically sterilizing the hospital's instruments and operating equipment at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. This sterilization center is a fully automatic solution in a class of its own, which is expected to set the standard for future sterilization centers both here in Denmark and abroad.

With a fully automatic sterilization center, it is possible to ensure that the sterilization of instruments and surgical equipment is carried out correctly, so that hygiene is in order. An automated sterilization center will ensure a quality-assured work process, as the actual work with sterilization takes place through a uniform work process of a high standard, so that the infection hygiene itself is thereby greatly improved.
