General Carbide manufactures semi-finished and finished heading dies to produce fasteners per your specifications. We also have the expertise to supply finished assemblies (steel and carbide) ready for the production floor.

We offer carbide grades with cobalt binder content ranging from 3% to 30%, as well as 11 grades of carbide with tantalum added for applications where galling is a significant consideration.
