Wire Processing

Genco Industries has the capability to cut, strip, terminate, and mark wire in-line at high speeds with our fully automated equipment.  The result is a cost advantage on processed wire or wire kits for our customers.  This high speed equipment also offers a cost benefit to assemblies such as wire harnesses or cable assemblies.  At Genco, we process millions of feet of wire each year ranging from 2/0 to 30ga.

Wire marking or numbering directly on a wire jacket can eliminate the need for costly hand labeling of wires as well.  Genco processes a variety of small to large (1 - 100,000+) lots of wire with hundreds of different combinations of wire lengths, strip lengths, ferrules, and terminals.
