Proportional Mix Selection

The heart of the mixed product line is the GEM Proportional Feeder. The design allows for quick removal and change of rotors. Just push the rotor in about 1/4” twist, about one sixteenth of a turn, and slide it off the shaft. No tools required.

With this arrangement, unusual product requirements can be addressed by changing rotors. Rotors are available with part of each pocket blanked out to accommodate small volumes. In order to meet different particle size and volume requirements, six different pocket configurations are available.

The optional control panel includes individual speed control for each motor, plus a master control, which controls the speed of all feeders simultaneously.
