Crossed impact Machine

The GDOC CROSSED IMPACT MACHINE is used to remove from the flour insects, larvae and eggs.

It is usually used to process the flour before storage, sacking and shipping, in order to prevent the deterioration of the product.

This machine is designed and built to be placed along a pneumatic transport, pressurized or in suction. We use a special kind of air-compressed joints that prevent the dust from leaking out.

The removal of insects occurs mechanically, through the impact of the product that goes through the rotor at high speed and the impact between the rotor and the outer case. This type of processing does not cause any modification on the organoleptic characteristics of the product.Thanks to the centrifugal action of the rotor, the product is beaten against an impacting ring and against two lines of pins: this allows the extermination of eggs, larvae and insects.

This machine can process many kinds of floury products, just adjusting the rotation speed to the characteristics of the material. The organoleptic properties of the processed product remain unchanged.
