The HORST1400 robot system consists of the HORST1400 industrial robot, the horstCONTROL control cabinet – including a complete safety controller – as well as the horstPANEL robot operating panel and the horstFX basic operating software that can be updated.
With a maximum range of over 1400 mm and a maximum payload of up to 12 kg, the HORST1400 is the largest and most powerful industrial robot in the HORST robot family to date. HORST1400 weighs around 150 kg and has a repeatability of +/- 0.1 mm. Like all digital robots from fruitcore robotics, the HORST1400 is characterized by an uncomplicated connection to external machines and, in combination with a wide variety of grippers, suction cups, dispensers or optical image processing systems, can easily and efficiently master a wide range of automation tasks.

The 6-axis industrial robot HORST1400 is based on a new type of drive concept with its four-bar chains. This makes it very powerful and has an optimal ratio of reach and payload.

HORST1400 takes everything very precisely: Precise positioning is a matter of course for our digital robot. The combination of serial and parallel structures leads to high rigidity and very good mass distribution. That is why it is easy for our industrial robot to work with high absolute and repeat accuracy.

HORST provides material - and not too little: Thanks to its structure, its drive power is highly efficient and the axis speeds are amazingly fast. With a speed of up to 4.3 meters per second, this industrial robot moves at high speed at the tool center point (TCP).
