Automotive SUV Axle Assembly: Assembly line to attach the brake system to a fixed axle assembly. System includes testing of assembly to confirm it meets the OEM’s quality requirements.

•  LRO online tests from 75µ & LRO off line tests from 45µ
•   Brake caliper pad check with sensors or vision
•   Static WSS continuity testing with auto-release
•  Dynamic pole pitch testing of WSS & exciter ring
•  Integrated Fori designed torque tubes for torque reaction
