Fully automatic test system for production lines

The STATOGRAPH DS 6.440 provides reliable crack testing during the production of complex workpieces with rapid clock cycles. Integrated handling systems position and rotate the test pieces and control the sensors. Several test zones can be tested for surface cracks simultaneously or sequentially with the fixed or rotating probes. The test material is automatically sorted by Yes and No. The test electronics can be universally adjusted to suit various applications. The test results are documented in detail.
