LIGHT SOURCE/POWER METER
An optical light source is an apparatus that uses a diode laser or LED such as a stabilized light emitter. It is used with another instrument (power meter) that measures the power received, determining the attenuation of the optical fiber segment.
Considering the limited size and the battery power it is mainly used on-site.
Optical Light Source: Operating wavelength 1310/1550 nm, up to four wavelengths.
Power Meter: Available with receiving sensitivity of 800 ÷ 1625 nm.
