ELECTRODE CAP CHANGER FROM FFT

The electrode cap changer (EKW) enables a smooth, automatic change of used resistance spot welding electrode caps. The system is designed in such a way that minimum space requirements are combined with optimal accessibility for the robot. The electrode cap is loosened linearly via a wedge slide, the loosened electrode caps fall into a collecting basket. The cap magazine is attached in the same orientation as the changing tool, it is not necessary to reorient the welding gun when picking up the electrode cap.
