The main groups of heat-resistant alloys include high chrome nickel austenitic alloys, such as heat resistant stainless, nickel-based alloys, and cobalt chrome nickel-based alloys. If needed, we can make a recommendation regarding the best heat-resistant alloy to meet the performance criteria of your specific application. There is more than temperature to consider. We analyze specific performance data such as the mechanical properties of the alloy in various heat conditions, its resistance to oxidation in the atmosphere in which it will be used, its resistance to sagging and breaking at elevated temperatures, the coefficient of thermal expansion, and many other factors.
