Accumulation Tables

Automation part accumulation tables, or unscrambling tables, are designed to support a variety of conveyor system requirements. They are often used with round containers, such as bottles, billets, or bars, to accumulate or unscramble bulk, so that they can be discharged in a single file line. Automation part accumulation tables enable the collation and accumulation of products from conveyor lines and packing areas creating a buffer zone on a low-speed line and also providing accumulation at the end of a production line. Ideal for areas that are not large enough or not suitable for an automated system.

The Feedall Model 1900 Accumulation Table was designed for gentle/non-mar feeding to accommodate a bank of parts. This accumulator is easily adjusted for various part size ranges. The Feedall Model 1900 is ideal for systems that have variable feed rates between two operations in order to manage not inhibiting the downstream throughput and flow.  Our accumulation tables can buffer up to 1-2 hours of parts leaving the downstream operation continuing working at a fixed feed rate.  For more details, please contact Feedall Automation.
