Customer Care
We offer an ordinary, extraordinary and corrective maintenance service on-site and on-line. The service can be activated by signing a maintenance contract customized to the real needs of the customer.
Remote assistance - TELESERVICE
Thanks to the teleservice, on-site technical intervention can be avoided with a more flexible remote maintenance solution.
With teleservice assistance it is possible, directly from our headquarters in Busto Garolfo (MI), to enter the logic of the operation of the machine / system to support the operator or solve a configuration problem, or perform operating diagnostics.
