Treatment group for continuous production of dough made with hygienic-sanitary design criteria consisting of the following functional components:

• Semolina/flour dispenser
• Centrifugal pre-mixer
• Hydration tanks

The mixing group is equipped with a control unit consisting of a PLC and an operator panel which allows you to monitor and vary all the production parameters.
