Canola Seed Crush Plant - Oil Extraction.
Plant was doing approx 60,000tonnes per annum canola.
Complete plant is for sale.
Consists of:
Seed Storage Silos
Infeed Auger System and Bucket Elevators
Rotex type Screener
2 x Ripple Mills, 7.5kw
1 x Cracking Mill 600 mm dia fluted rollers
3 x Shann Screw presses (rebuilt with Rosedown parts)
3 x Pre Cookers
Stainless steel Amma oil filter.
Oil Storage tanks
Dust collectors
Meal out feed jacketed augers; Lengths from 4m to 10m
Meal Hammer Mill 55kw
Meal Bucket Elevators.
The presses area Model 8-99FE and were designed to do 40-50 tone per day full pressing on Canola per press.
Pre pressing 80-100 ton per press/ day
Cold pressing would be approx 20-30 ton per day per press on Canola.
Plant is currently installed but hasnt been operational for 4 years.
The last few photos are of when the presses were first installed in approx 1995.
