A broad range of tooling capabilities

Our custom foundry tooling solutions create patterns used in many types of casting processes. Almost everything we produce is highly cored sand casting, giving us the ability to manufacture parts in nearly all metal materials, including those with a high-melting-point. The result is our ability to create parts with complex geometries of nearly any size and weight at lower production costs.

We work with a diverse array of materials such as foam, wood or urethane patterns, as well as printed cored, which can eliminate the need for a pattern.
