Elscint manufactures 5 models of Linear Feeders, i.e. Elscint I,IHD II, III & IV.
Drive: All drive units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance. Totally encapsulated type coils with adequate power for particular models are used. All drive units are for FULL WAVE operation and hence the energy consumption of Elscint vibratory drive units is 40% less than its competitors who offer HALF WAVE operation.
Vibrator Controllers / Regulators:Every drive unit is supplied with a separate control regulator, which makes it possible to control the speed of the feeder infinitely. Standard units are suitable for electrical supply of 230 volts, 50 Hz and provided along with soft start controllers. In case of requirement, units suitable for 110 V / 60 Hz can also be offered.
Application: Elscint Linear Feeders are suitable for feeding components for subsequent operations on special machines in cosmetic, electrical, mechanical, pharmaceutical, optical, bearing and many other industries.
