ETS offers a broad range of ESD testing equipment ranging from ESD Guns to fully automated ESD Test Systems. Our equipment helps users characterize ESD susceptibility levels of various types of electronic devices and pyrotechnic devices, liquids, and powders from 5V to 30kV. ESD simulations support Human Body Model (HBM), Charged Device Model (CDM), Machine Model (MM), and Human Metal Model (HMM) waveforms.
Model 9910 PinScan is a complete automated ESD testing solution for electronic devices. Operating in conjunction with the industry-acclaimed waveforms found in our PinPulse system, PinScan provides automation and comprehensive post-test curve trace analysis.
Model 9910 PinPulse is a manual two-point ESD simulator ideal for low pin count devices; the system expertly delivers HBM, HMM, MM and CDM (optional) waveforms in compliance with current JEDEC & ESDA standards.
Model 930D is an ESD Gun style simulator designed for testing systems, but can be easily configured to test devices as well.
Model 931 Firing Test System is designed specifically to determine the ESD susceptibility of pyrotechnic devices, powders and liquids.
