New Generation Gasket Heat Exchangers
We developed the 3-Channel Gasket System as a result of our R&D studies in which we questioned the existing gasket exchanger technology with our motto "There is always better.". Our new generation heat exchangers are produced with an understanding of innovation that focuses in improving existing products as well as creating new ones. 3 Channel Gasket System not only provides more efficient heat transfer compared to the previous generation it also supplies the exchanger with higher corrosion resistance and longer life.
Thanks to the triple symmetrical pressing surfaces we have created in the new system, we prevent permanent deformation on the main gasket body. Even if deformations occur on the canals over time, elasticity of the canals makes sure the permanence rate of these deformations is low. This ensures that there is no need for a gasket change in the maintenance of the heat exchangers. As a result, the lifetime of the heat exchanger is extended, and spare parts costs are reduced.
Thin Section Pressing Surface
Heat exchangers with standard gaskets, the surfaces pressing the previous plate are thick. In the new 3-Channel Gasket System, the upper surfaces of the gaskets are separated from the main body of the gasket in the form of a V. This creates a thin sectioned pressing surface. Therefore, heat exchanger with 3-Channel Gasket System is more resistant to possible pressure fluctuations in comparison to the ones with standard gaskets.
