Line Dosing and Fillingfish rillettes

This is to redevelop a bucket filling line. The line rate is 450 buckets per hour (8 seconds per bucket).  

There is only 1 format of buckets - diameter 225 mm - height 190 mm. The buckets are stored in stacks of 70 buckets with a pitch of 20 mm. The existing elements must be recovered (dosage - removal of lids - depression of lids) and further automation installation, in particular integrating a bucket unstacking system.
