Bespoke cylinders

Alongside our range of standard cylinders we can offer clients a bespoke cylinder offering, to meet their specific needs and requirements, from simpler applications right through to more bespoke specialized actuators up to 8m stroke and 750mm bore sizes. As with our standard range our bespoke cylinders all conform to Cetop 58H recommendations.

Options include:

• Cushioned and non-cushioned

• Single and double acting forms

• Rod, telescopic, spring returned and rotary configurations

• Pneumatic, gas and hydraulic oil operating systems

• Low friction seals to suit all fluids

• Piston rods available in a variety of standard and specialty steels, including

• carbon and stainless steels, hard and nickel plated chromes

• Servo cylinders incorporating fully integrated and external positioned

• feedback transducers and servo/proportional valve mounting

• Integrated proximity sensors for end-of stroke indicators, complete with

• in-built, counter balance and load control valves.

• Other options such as: specially extended cushioning, ports, stroke

• adjustments, gland drains and rod bellows.
