Boxwall Belt Conveyors, also known as flexwall belt or corrugated sidewall belt conveyors, are used for moving bulk product. They are easy to clean, making them ideal for transporting food grade materials.

Model 300 Boxwall Belt Conveyors

The EVI 300 series is an industry leader offering volume and capacity ratings using up to 2″ high corrugated sidewalls with the convenience and versatility of a low profile frame. The 2″ corrugated sidewall along with superior holddowns make this the ideal economical choice for handling powders, fines and product smaller than 1″ in size. Options are available for various levels of washdown, stainless and food handling requirements. Constructed of 12ga material. Live load capacities 20″/ft. up to 150 pounds maximum on a 45-degree incline.

Model 600 Boxwall Belt Conveyors

The EVI 600 line offers the same superior holddown method and design of the corrugated sidewall belt as the 300 line but with added versatility to handle greater volume and capacity ratings. The corrugated sidewalls, superior holddowns and 10ga construction allow for cleaner conveyance of product that may normally cause excessive wear to holddowns and standard conveyor components. Options are available for various levels of washdown, stainless and food handling requirements. Live load capacities up to 1000 pounds maximum.
