Silco Tape

Silco Tape® is a knitted fiberglass insulation tape coated on one side with a layer of high-grade silicone elastomer that provides enhanced thermal insulating performance with the added benefit of protecting the underlying fiberglass tape from molten metal splashes, oils, and other contaminants. Our silicone coated fiberglass wrap tape will not burn and is suitable for applications with continuous temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). Common uses for fiberglass tape insulation include high-temperature compression seals and thermal insulation wrap to protect workers, hoses, cables, and surrounding components from heat.
