The DaRa Switchboards manufacturing process for panel boards

• To help you get started with the design and manufacturing of your custom switchboard, we’ve outlined our ordering and delivery process below.

• Customers send the inquiries, including specifications, as single-line diagrams for pricing to our team.

• Our estimators choose the most suitable panel board for the particular application and installation requirements. We can offer options for indoor, outdoor, wall-mounted, free-standing and other panel boards.

• Product quotations are then sent to the customer for approval.

• When our customers place orders, we use an advanced design software called Streamgineer and AutoCAD design tools to generate the approval and construction drawings in record time. This is generally completed within 48 hours.

• Upon approval of the shop drawings by the customer, we begin switchboard assembly, and fit the product with the required electrical equipment, such as circuit breakers, switches and controls, which we wire to specifications and electrical drawings.

• The manufacturing process can take as little as one day, and up to seven based on the complexity of the board. DaRa Switchboards can provide stock-standard distribution boards within two working days.

• We deliver our panel boards to our customers and ensure that they are pleased with the final product.
