The CPI Palletizer is an all-in-one solution exclusively designed for palletizing automation.
The system is designed to offer rapid configuration and adaptation to various types of pallets and box dimensions, as well as floor-by-floor distribution and nesting.
The graphical interface allows intuitive selection of palletizing options and process monitoring.
Being equipped with a collaborative robot and perimeter security, it turns out to be a safe tool for operators and technicians.
The transportable characteristic of the structure allows it to be adapted to various production lines within the plant.
This solution can be applied to many industries, such as warehousing, logistics, food processing, and manufacturing.

CPI Palletizer is an all-in-one solution developed with OMRON automation technology.
It is equipped with a 12 Kg OMRON TM collaborative robot and a maximum reach of 1300 mm.
The control periphery is made up of an OMRON controller from the NX line and a 10” NB touch screen.
All mounted on a transportable monolithic metal structure integrated with an EWELLIX telescopic lifting column that allows the maximum specified palletizing height to be reached.
As an option, collaborative area security can be included with OMRON OS32C security scanners.
