With a press rating of 30 tons, a maximum press bed length of 120″, and a maximum press bed width of 48″, our turret punching capabilities here at O’Hare Metal Products are unsurpassed for making prototypes, doing short term runs, long term runs, and even large-scale volume production runs. Using such time-saving and innovative technologies as automatic loading and SHEAR GENIUS®, we can work with ferrous, non-ferrous, aluminum, steel, copper, high-strength alloys, and other types of metal to punch, form, tap, mark, and/or laser cut your material to a high degree of specificity.
The results truly speak for themselves. Using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to implement designs for our customers, we can easily achieve part thicknesses of up to 7 gauge and tolerance levels of (+/-) .003″. All of our processes come with the added benefit of being both ISO 9001:2008 certified and compliant with all standards set by the TMA Association.
