Our capabilities range from 1/8" to 2" solid bar, up to 1-3/4"hex, as well as large forgings and castings. We offer general tolerances per ISO 2768 /ASME Y14.5-2009.

CMI has a strong manufacturing team and facilities to provide single and multiple spindle machining services. Our equipments can be installed with large range of cutting tools to produce various screw parts from solid bar or as secondary operations of raw casting and forging. Also special tools can be equipped to create additional features like threads, slots, tapers, knurls, external and internal steps, broaches as well as splines.
