Pick & Place Robots 

CKF has many years’ experience in supplying high-speed pick and place systems particularly with Delta robots. In the basic form, simple high speed, modular packing systems provide highly efficient means of automation where product can be picked from a datum position and transferred to a stationary or mobile target placement. Higher speed, high volume production lines can be fully automated using vision tracking systems which can identify position and orientation of product on a moving belt, allowing the robot to track the product, pick it and pack it in the correct orientation. These lines would typically include multiple robots working in full synchronisation to meet the objectives of the installation in an extremely effective manner and with the capacity and capability, to accommodate line fluctuations.
