Whether you need a simple washer or bracket or a complex progressive die stamping, in quantities from 100 to 100,000 or more, COMS is up to the challenge. We can run and maintain your tooling, or can make it in-house at a very reasonable cost, and with fast turnaround.
Equipped with a 50-330 ton stamping press and 40″ x 60″ maximum capacity press bed, our advanced metal stamping machines can operate on a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, brass, stainless steel, rubber, and nylon. With the ability to uphold a (±) .005″ precision tolerance, we offer a range of production methods that meet high industry standards, such as coining, compound and progressive die, and deep drawn stampings. At COMS, we go the extra mile to meet your needs for stamped parts with the skilled personnel necessary to take your concept to a finished component—on time, and competitively priced.
Using our advanced metal stamping equipment, we can furnish products with a number of unique stamping features such as, embossed and tapped parts. Working with a wide selection of diverse businesses, including appliance, architectural, and chemical industries, we can produce low to mid-volume product quantities. We are also well-equipped to perform many additional services, including, but not limited to, welding, heat treating, sheet metal forming, and powder coating.
