The couplings of the TLX series are flat-sealing screw couplings for hydraulics and specially designed for use around construction and dismantling. The high-performance clutch was specially developed for high flow and extreme pressure peaks.

The TLX series is made of a steel alloy with a zinc-nickel surface coating, particularly stressed parts have been hardened - The TLX is a drip-free coupling and meets our expectations in terms of cleanliness and freedom from leakage. The TLX series is available in sizes from 3/8” to 1 ½” and has an operating pressure of 420 bar with a safety factor of 4.

Extremely high resistance to pressure peaks

The most common reason for the failure of screw couplings in extreme applications is the suddenly increasing flow rate. The flow rate can be many times higher than the normal flow rate within the hydraulic system. This is the reason for the failure of many clutches. Then instead of resorting to oversized couplings at unnecessarily high cost and wasting space, choose the TLX.
