DESCRIPTION

CAPTRON fork light barriers with laser work based on the function principle of one-way light barriers. The transmitter and receiver are located in a robust metal housing with a fixed position and setting. This ensures simple, reproducible assembly.

A very high switching frequency of 10 kHz enables extremely precise and dependable detection of both metallic and non-metallic objects. Even the smallest of parts measuring only 0.05 mm moving at high speeds can be reliably detected thanks to the high resolution. The output contacts between the N/C and N/O contacts of the laser fork light barriers can be switched. The sensitivity can be adjusted using an adjustment screw.
