QUADRI-TURN

Patented flexible turning machine for processing bars up to a diameter of 52mm. Bar cutting is performed while the lathes are working.

Processing of rough parts (castings/forgings) is also possible.

The machine is equipped with four spindles with three independent axis with a maximum speed of 6.000 rpm. The spindles are across of each other, allowing the exchange of the workpiece. The workpiece can be processed in up to four separate clamps.

Each spindle (both the front and the rear ones) is equipped with fixed and motorized tools to allow turning and milling operations, in one extremely flexible machine.
