The BAV16-1 is a 2-piece side entry, reduced bore trunnion mounted ball valve, with integral cast flanges.

Made in conformance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, this firesafe by design valve has an anti-static/blowout stem, an ISO5211 mounting platform for actuation, cavity pressure relieving seats, spring loaded seats, a bolted bonnet and a pressure equalising ball design making this valve suitable for bi-directional flow.

The BAV16-1 can be fitted with a bare shaft, extended stems and a locking facility, all specific to customers specifications. Manufactured as standard in Nickel Aluminium Bronze (NiAlBr) – ASTM B148/C95800, giving long service life on seawater applications.
