Utilising the latest CNC machine tools and technologies, together with extensive engineering capabilities, backed by strong process, project management and design for manufacture skills, we deliver a highly cost effective, start-to-finish capability.
In contrast, our Leicester site specialises in highly complex small to medium prismatic and annular components and assemblies up to 350mm cube with manufacturing expertise extending across the full range of aerospace alloys.

Specialist Engineering
Make-to-print, or collaborative design-for-manufacture, capabilities utilising CATIA v5 and SolidWorks CAD/CAM software.
Design-for-manufacturing facilities include an ‘Advanced Projects’ facility, which scrutinises CAD models to create, prove-out and optimise schedules of operations to ensure best possible customer value. Should the best route require capital investment, this can be accommodated.
