To complement our R&D and prototype manufacturing activities, BMV has significantly expanded its production equipment to meet growth demands of existing and new clients. Volume manufacturing is accomplished through acquisition of new modern CNC optical fabrication tools, increased technical staff, and the addition of cleanroom facilities for optical assembly. Our strong focus on production efficiencies and manufacturing techniques are the key to our success. Volume manufacturing may range from 5, 10, 50, or more units to 1000’s of components depending on the nature of the product.
