Batching controls includes one for cement, two for aggregates, four for admixes, and up to 50 mix designs. The plant comes equipped with a 2″ Badger Turbo water meter, 25 ton- 2 compartment aggregate bin, decumulative weighing, load cell system and 1/4″ plate construction.

Its 18″ wide transfer conveyor is rated at 220 tons per hour at 300 feet per minute. The 44 ton cement silo is equipped with high bin signal features A36 plate construction, a DCS-260 rooftop dust collector, 1.2 cubic yard batcher and 6″ screw conveyor.
