SPECIFICATIONS

The Bergami model AS70 horizontal intermittent motion cartoner is suitable for speeds up to 60 cartons per minute. This machine is designed to handle large dimension cartons, trays comprised of thin flat board and corrugated, wrap around cartons and small RSC cases (glue closure). 

Main Features:

• The main motions of the machine are mechanical driven by main shaft and cams 
• Servomotors for motions and movements where such flexibility of operation is required
• Extended motorized carton magazine
• Product infeed buckets adjustable width (without removal)
• Carton transport is by robust steel chains and steel lugs
• Product loading pusher from the front of the machine
• Loading tunnel enters the carton each cycle
• Format change overs are very quick, with all adjustments by scale or digital indicator
• All recipe information is contained in the machine main display
• All format change adjustments are accessible from the front of the machine 
• Low maintenance requirements, solid steel chassis and robust build design
