Static filters for coating lines for the application of plastic films on non-polymer based substrates.

The BDR static filters are designed to be used on coating lines for the application of plastic films on non-polymer based substrates . Available with filtering masses from ∅ 60 to ∅ 160 mm , the filter holder plate is equipped with a mechanical sealing system that prevents any polymer leakage during the work phase. Downstream of the filter, a needle valve allows to regulate the flow of the material exiting the head with an opening adjustment range from 20 to 100% .
